Cold weekend but that’s unavoidable. Disappointed with the VIP area. Got there for 7.15am ready for the pit walk. You couldn’t get in anywhere so had to go to another area to get a coffee to warm us up. Due to the time a lot of the garages where not open so that was a disappointment. Although by the time we where being ushered out some had opened up. Up in the VIP stand there was no screen. 3 round the first bend but for us nothing the nearest was by the pits. Very disappointing. It wasn’t like Jerez where you could pop back in to watch the action. Also there where some keep sakes little tins etc and when you where watching the race they disappeared. Nothing should be moved from the table until final race. That’s also happened at each track we have gone to. We will of course be no doubt be going again to the motogp but maybe not Valencia!!!!

We found the MotoGP VIP village and stand very disappointing for the amount of money we paid. Food and beverages were limited in variety, the ‘VIP’ stand was really not what was expected, no cover and no TV screen in close proximity to watch the rest of the track. Having had conversations post race with other Clients they were in total agreement and will be making complaints direct to the Corporate Director. The only good points to our weekend were the service of the staff was top class and clean facilities, however we didn’t pay the amount of money to be sat in the restaurant and watch the race on the screen being served very well or sit in the toilets which were very clean, we paid the money for a far better experience than what we received. Would we book again......NO!

I would NEVER do this again, and I have been to a LOT of MotoGP all across the world, every type of ticket there is going. The experience was, frankly, utter rubbish. We had the worst seats... the \VIP stand is out of the Village area, no view of a screen, and on s straight, meaning you see about 3 seconds of the riders going past at full speed and nothing else. If you want to stay in the Village area, you can;t actually see the track, and so you're basically sitting in a VERY expensive tent, eating a buffet and watching TV. If you're corporate, and don't care about the race, fine... if you actually go because you love MotoGP, it is the last ticket you should ever buy.

This was two days of full on MotoGP at is best - The VIP Village staff and service was truly 5 star and well organised/managed. Food and service worthy of a Michelin Star we would say. We felt like VIPs all weekend and were delighted that the grandstand was right at the end of pit lane and on the start-straight/1st corner. Really up close to all the action from the outset. Great view of the rest of the track too. The paddock tours (x2) and the Pit Lane Walks (x2) are well worth the extra cost - You're in the heart of everything going on and it's still so laid back you feel a welcome part of the whole experience. We were also lucky winners of the service track tour which goes around inside the track and that was WOW. The Moto2 was in full flow when we went and the driver waited at each vantage point to let us absorb the view close up. We have photos of the race winner (and world champion) Zarco doing his famous back flip right across the track from where we parked. Lucky or what. With 100,000 spectators in the circuit the VIP Village tickets is highly recommended. Expensive yes, but without doubt money well spent if it's a special treat you're after.

Mercandise stands outside the vip lounge and paddock would generate sales. The video created a false sense from the vip lounge although the seats were better personally after having paddock passes for Phillip Island. Fantastic venue. Will be back next year. Could teach Phillip Island a thing or two. Congratulations.

camp site is next to the circuit. Restaurant with spanish food on the site was good and very welcome. Toilets could be cleaned better, on Sunday morning there was no hot water in the showers. Overall it was a very good location and we would go again another year.

Everything was brilliant and we had a great time. The only advice I would give is if you are being picked up by taxi at the end of the day, as we were, make arrangements with the driver where to meet away from the main entrance. All roads are designated as exit roads to help clear the car-parks so any incoming traffic is not allowed in. Luckily we had exchanged mobile numbers so were able to keep in touch with our driver who directed us to his parking place. This was probably getting on for a mile away and the walk wasn't a problem for us but it could have been difficult for someone with limited mobility.

We treated ourselves to the VIP Village because it was my boyfriend's 50th birthday, and we weren't disappointed. Everything about the Village was excellent, the food was delicious and there was an excellent selection of drinks available. The only advice I would give anybody wanting to go to the GP, have a plan of how to get back from the circuit. That was the only downside for us but we got back to Valencia eventually

I've been to many MotoGP and F1 races. I've had both VIP packages and bog standard tickets to both. For the final of the 2015 MotoGP.. Vali v Rossi I wanted something special. I paid for something special. What I got was worse than mediocre. I was sold 2 pit walk lanes, we got one. I was sold a fantastic view with a big screen, and although the view of the course was adequate, there was no visible screen at all, which meant we had no idea what was going on in the race until the bikes came around the corner we were sitting on each time. The toilets broke down in the Village due to a water supply issue, but instead of offering an alternative, the Village staff locked the toilets, and refused to let anyone even use the urinals, for 3 hours... with no alternative anywhere nearby. None of the staff were briefed o what was going on, so couldn't help with information about the official MotoGP store (even though there was a discount voucher in the pack to use that store for Village guests). There were no plastic glasses or bottled water available so if you went to the stand, since you couldn't take glass, you couldn't drink anything, so we both ended up with heat-stroke. None of what I paid for was delivered, apart from the free drinks and food (which since the tickets cost £700 each were't exactly free). I'd have had a better experience if I'd bought standard tickets, and certainly a better view. Appalling service... I will be making a complaint, and I'll update my review based on how that complaint is dealt with.

Food was very good, service at the table was excelent. HUGELY DISSAPOINTED that there was no screen visible from the grandstand and no commentry. We knew NOTHING about progree in Q1 and Q2, we knew NOTHING about who fell off. We knew NOTHING about critical overtakes in the races. View of the bikes going past was memorable, but lack of information on progress in the event was very poor. Toilets shutdown at 1530 on Saturday, which was VERY bad and the staff managaement were little interested in helping. We travelled in and out by train, getting on train for return journey was very dangerous with crowds pushing on the platform, there was lots of swaring and aggression at the door of the train.
