Best Organised GP I have been to

I stopped in Vienna and got the train to knittelfeld each day direct. Never late once And shuttle buses waiting to take us to the circuit and back to the train station - very efficient! Watched from M red bull grandstand amazing view can see 60% of track. I’ve been to Spain, Italy and Monaco and would say this one beats them all.

Happy customer, good service from BookF1, great circuit in Austria

I can fully recommend BookF1 for the good (and personal) service in booking and dispatching the tickets. We just had the best weekend at the Austrian Grand Prix. Drove down on Saturday, enjoyed the Saturday evening 'festival', saw GP3, F2, Porsche Super Cup races on Sunday morning, a spectacular air show (Flying Bulls) and of course the F1 race in the afternoon. Where Max Verstappen triumphed under a clear blue sky and some 20.000 fellow Dutchmen went completely insane. The drive was long (2x1200km) but well worth it. The circuit is beautifully situated, views from the Red Bull Grand Stand are great (you can see multiple sections and corners). Because the track is short (the shortest on the F1 calendar) the cars pass many times (once every 70 seconds), so viewing is intense. I will definitely return!

GREAT SEATING POSITION!

The Redbull Ring has got to be one of the best GP circuits of the modern age! I had a race ticket locted in M stand HIGH! This was NO dissapointment! From this location you can just about see all of the track infact from here there aare only two corners that you can't see! Including the start finish straight! GREAT SEATING POSITION!!

LONG walk from Knittelfeld bus

Everything was wonderful. However, I had a broken foot and the "walk" from the bus shuttle was long! Even if my foot hadn't been broken!

Great Event

Great weekend. Beautiful facility. Very well organized with lots of clean toilets, with places for food and drink at reasonable prices. Everyone was very friendly. There was always something going besides the on track events. Next year we will get a camper and stay at the site. We stayed in Graz and it takes over 2 hours to get there by train and shuttle bus with a 20 minute walk from the bus to the site. We sat in the Upper Blue section N where we had a good view of a lot of the track. Only complaint was the TV sreen for our area was not large enough/too far away. The TV for the CDE sections was larger and closer to the stands.

Highly Recommended

Excellent venue well thought out. After all the Grand Prix horror stories I cannot recommend Spielberg highly enough. OK so accommodation is tricky to find but parking and circuit entry / exit is very easy. Free Red Bull to those queuing obviously helps keep the temper under control.Friday / Saturday took only 10 mins out to the main road and Sunday took 1/2 hr to the motorway. It's a little annoying when you know where you want to go and they have closed the road but you can get around this by listening to your navigation. The Red Bull tribute stand is in my mind the best where you see the most of the circuit, be warned however for some it could be quite a climb. If you can work out how to get to it Car Park P5 is great for easy access being a 10 minute walk to the stand.Purchase your food/drink tokens early and avoid the queues at the kiosks when everybody dives to eat between races. All in all a great European venue.

Great first Grand Prix!

Had a brilliant weekend at the Red Bull Ring for the Austrian Grand Prix! This was my first Grand Prix and the whole event was excellent! From our seats in L section of the Red Bull stand we could see 70% of the track and several TV screens! The atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using BookF1 for future events! Thank you!

Excellent circuit; my 13th

Access to the circuit was easy (by car) as it is right next to the S36 motorway. Plenty if free parking and not too far to walk to the circuit gates. A bit if a climb to reach our grandstand but it was manageable. Loved the fact that the circuit provided free ticket hangers ( take note other circuits), free circuit guides, free ear plugs AND a free flag in your seat on race day. Plenty of toilets and places to eat and drink although range if food is limited. Our seats in sector O were excellent and we could see at least half the circuit. Of the 13 circuits I've been to, this would be in my top 3.

Great weekend, good circuit

We camped fron Thursday to Sunday. The traffic getting in to the camping was much busier on the Thursday than I had expected. We'd planned to get provisions in the local towns on the way, however everywhere was shut. Despite there being no signs to indicate why, we later found out that the Thursday was a bank holiday in Austria, so we're limited to what we could get from a garage. This didn't matter too much as the facilities in the circuit and at te campsite were pretty good and we could eat reasonably well from the catering vans, which weren't too expensive, although all meat based -which was fine for us. We camped in the red section which was great for access to the circuit but be warned, it's very noisy and goes on all night, ok if that's your thing or if you can sleep through it. As for the race it's self, the organisation was very good, well stewarded and lots of good facilities, good clean loos etc. we were lucky to get seats at the back of section O which gave a great view of the track and the whole circuit. We did have a wander up to the enter acne only section which also looked good but very busy on Sunday. There were lots of TV's around the circuit to ke you up to dare with what's going on. Overall, great atmosphere, great swats, Austrians were very friendly, good facilities (maybe not the showers which were few in number for the numbers there) and good support races but the main event was a bit processional.

AUSTRIAN F1 GP

This was our first F1 GP, and what a great experience it was! A beautiful track (we had fantastic view, saw about 70% of the whole circuit), very nice weather, good beer (though costly ;-)).. if only Ferrari did better - than it would be absolutely perfect :-). Anyway, thank you BOOKF1.COM for all the assistance - everything went really smoothly and when we decide to go next time we will do it with you again.
