Sachsenring MotoGP 2019

Event was very well organised. Lots of food choice. Great seats in T2. BookMoto staff friendly and helpful when tickets booked and the tickets were posted to us in good time. Really enjoyed race and circuit overall. No idiots booing like at other circuits we have been to. Great weekend,

Sachsenring MotoGp 2018

Tickets purchased were on Tribune 2 section I where we had a great vantage point. Turn 1 always provides plenty of overtaking opportunities as well as rider error!! Overall experience was amazing. Tickets came almost 2 weeks before MotoGP which is obviously a great piece of mind. We stayed in Dresden and travelled down to Hohenstein-Ernstthal by train each day (1:16 min). The atmosphere at the track was the best I have experienced (Catalunya and British MotoGP previously).

Sachsenring is a MUST SEE for everyone

For MotoGP lovers, bike riders, friends and family. This event is one of the best MotoGP experiences we've ever had. This year was the second year in a row that we attended and we plan to book it in our family calendar every year. The atmosphere is simply amazing. The facilities and entertainment available post race on every day make it an event no one should miss! Sachsenring also provides a challenge for the riders which always guarantees great races to happen. Because of the layout and size of the circuit, we the expectators as well as the riders have an opportunity to experience all the adrenaline being very close to each other. We attended the event from the Pit Walk from Thursday until the Red Bull Rookies race after the kings of the circuit race on Sunday. The event is worth it ALL.

Great racing at Sachenring

The motorcycle parking was excellent easy to get in and out very exclusive. I didn't like the idea that we could not take in plastic bottles it just seamed like it was a way to rip us off with high prices for drinks we paid 13 euros for three bottles of water and they gave us tokens we not realise that we had to return the bottles to get a euro back for each bottle and when we found out some vendors only gave us two euros for 3 bottles I have about 6 tokens left.

German MotoGP 2015

We booked race tickets through BookMoto. We bought tickets in grandstand T2, which gave us a good view of the first corner. We could also see a couple of other corners due to the hilly layout of the circuit. The facilities in the circuit were brilliant. A massive selection of food and drink and all at very reasonable prices. The Sachsenring really is a great circuit and Silverstone could learn a lot from there food prices and quality. Merchandise was also very fairly priced, again something that Silverstone could learn from. We stayed on the Ankerberg campsite, which overlooks the circuit. The only way to describe it is 'Totally Bonkers!' It cost €65 each for the weekend and was a non stop parry from start to finish. Our car was checked for fireworks and generators on entrance which was a joke. The fireworks didn't stop all weekend, day and night. The toilet and shower facilities were OK. After a couple of days of fireworks been set off inside the portaloos they weren't in the best of condition. Again the food and drink was in plentiful supply and at very reasonable prices. Very good quality food. There was a fairground and 3 music stages in the campsite too, these are open to the public and the atmosphere was great. If you want to sleep, don't stay here......We didn't mind but it is extremely noisy. Vans were pulling up daily and many had full blown sound systems built in the back. I'm not exaggerating when I say that some sound systems were like nightclubs. 20 speakers plus with lasers and strobes too......It was unreal. One group built a gantry which acted as a foam car wash for the weekend. There were bubbles everywhere and again it was all good fun until a car crashed next to our tent. It hit another vehicle hard and both were recovered. Luckily for us our tents and hire car narrowly survived unscathed. Overall we had a great weekend and will definitely return. Lots of entertainment, great circuit and lots of beer. (The Germans can drink!) Would recommend BookMoto to others.

Great circuit, great racing, parking was too far away.

Very good weekend. Parking was a problem and when parked it was a very long walk. Seats in the stand (T2) were very close together, but the view was good. Over all it was very exciting.

Fantastic German MotoGP

First time to Sachsenring will certainly go again, well organised plenty of food outlets offering food to suit all tastes not just ham baguettes as at Le Mans, majority of Germans were treating it as a beer festival not sure how many actually watched the races? Well organised food cheap yes cheap, plenty of beer not much water, fantastic atmosphere, racing brilliant. Well done Danny Kent ( the next Rossi ). Went by train (s) from Berlin brilliant what you would expect from the Germans and very reasonable 158 euros return for 2. T2 stand at first bend brilliant seats again from Bookmoto.
