We had last visited this track 10 years ago so it was interesting to see how it had changed. The disappointing part was that there wasn’t much going on the the surrounding towns. We stayed in Granollers only 10 mins away but there was nothing no mention of the Grand Prix. We were also surprised to see that the track was now nonalcoholic which is why numbers may have been down. The seats were great and would definitely book them again if we go back to barcelona. Tracks should take a leaf out of monza’s book they do it fantastically well.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his three days at the race track in Barcelona ( despite having to drive all the way because of cancelled flights !) Despite problem caused by us asking for additional seat , your staff were very helpful.

Had a super weekend at the Spanish Grand Prix. Booking and communications from BookF1.com was great and we got tickets to print well in advance. Barcelona is a great circuit to visit - parking is easy and traffic management is good if you have a hire car - but get to the circuit early. Views from all the stands are good - stand C and G are great value and you have a clear view of all the third sector (except the start/finish straight)- from stand C you can see the cars entering the pit lane after the final chicane. On Friday you can sit anywhere, the main grandstand is good for a view of the pits but there is a rush to stand in front of the seats. They are expensive seats for the weekend - good for the pit lane and podium but not so much for racing. Food and drink at the circuit is ok - but you can bring your own except alcohol which wil be confiscated at entry. This was our third Spanish Grand prix and will probably go in 2019

Lots of good viewing areas at the track; however the facilities at the camp site were very poor and you couldn’t even purchase water, and there were only two or three places just outside of the track that served alcohol which closed very early in the evening. Highly recommend staying in Barcelona instead, which we did on the first few nights, and then travel to the track as that public transport is frequent and cheap.

From the bus service to & from the track to the organised & easy access on to the actual track itself at the end, the weekend was awesome. Great circuit great views and very well organised crowd control, highly recommended.

While the F1 race weekend was excellent, the parking was horrific. The cause was due to no garauntee of getting a space in the lot you have a reservation. We ended up parking almost 1/2 mile away from the track which was not what was expected when we had a reservation in A1 but ended up parking in a B lot. Otherwise a great weekend but beware the parking!

The whole experience, from booking my tickets through bookf1 to a full weekend of quality Motorsport was great. The booking system & magnificent customer services/support staff (Kelsie Adams in particular) at bookf1 was second to none! They kept me well informed, Kelsie assured me that the seats I'd be getting were quality (and they were) Delivery was just as promised, all & any information was readily to hand or to download should I say...a joyously easy doddle!! Once we'd sussed the transportation routes & methods to & from the track it was plain sailing. If I have one minor quibble it would be the organisation of - or lack there of - the track entry gates into the circuit. Having to queue for almost an hour in the baking heat to access via only four doorways at each 'gate' & only one table being used by the two police officers to check everybody's bags was somewhat farcical. Luckily F1 fans are a even tempered lot & grumbled whimsically for the most part. Queue jumpers were eventually stopped & turned back by the inept, inadequate, ineffectual & rather narcissistic over-preened 'Police' so all was well. Once inside everybody to a man &/or woman was having a great time. As expected the prices for food & drinks were hyped but nothing new there so my advise would be to stock up on water & munchies beforehand if you can. In summary, if you get the urge to enjoy a long weekend of Motorsport in the company of like-minded petrol heads that won't cost you a fortune you could do a lot worse than The Spanish F1 GP. Go for it, you'll love it!!

We were a party of five. Stayed in Barcalona near Barna Sants station. 30 mins direct line to circuit. Cost €20 for 10 journeys. Circuit 30mins walk through Montmelo handy for drinks and eats either way. Granstand C was excellent value for money. We veiwed others on Friday that were slightly better but a lot more expensive. Overall a great weekend and excellent service from Book F1 with seats exactly where we requested. Weather was very hot and sunny - great as long as you are prepared for it. This was our second year at the Barcelona circuit.

Great trip very easy to find seating areas, plenty of food and drinking areas but it is a no alcohol track , plenty of toilet facilities right beside the seating areas. I booked the coach option with bookF1.com from station Nord, the staff were very helpful nice aircon coach left on time and took about 40 mins then about a ten minute walk, be aware of a very very long queue for the return trip but they did keep it moving

Had a great time! The view of the cars on the circuit was excellent only problem is the tv was not close enough to work out what was going on and the English commentary 94.4fm was only playing music.The shuttle was not available when we left at 6pm so we had a long walk back to the station but weather was good so it was a nice walk with food and drink stalls on route

The booking process with BookF1.com was brilliant. The web site was easy to use, the communication and information pack were excellent and the tickets arrived in plenty of time. I would highly recommend booking your return bus travel through BookF1.com at the same time. The race experience however was not as good as we'd hoped. Very poor organisation on arrival meant the queuing process to get in was a nightmare. The majority of people formed an orderly queue to go through the gate and the bag check but as this queue was rather large, a high proportion simply entered the queue at the from and pushed right in; they really needed more marshals to direct people. my advice would be, get there early. Stand C gives a great view of 3 corners and you can just get a glimpse of the pit entrance. There are 2 big screens in range of this stand but you need binoculars to see anything on them. They really need to be bigger and it was impossible to see the race order on the screens without the zoom lense on my camera so keeping up to date was a bit tricky. The worst thing about stand C, and what spoiled the whole experience for me, is the size of the seating (I'm assuming it's the same across the circuit) they are tiny. I'm an average size 12 woman and I was uncomfortable throughout the whole race. It wasn't helped as the guy at the side of me was fairly chunky and he ended up sitting half on my seat and half on the person the other side of him. He apologised but there was nothing he could do about it. And while stand C was packed like a tin of sardines the other stands around us were 80% empty! There is no cover on stand C so a sun hat and plenty of sun cream is essential if you're fair skinned. we didn't buy food or drinks at the venue so I can't comment on the price or quality, we took a packed lunch and drinks as previous reviews recommended this as a better option. Be warned though, you can only take in plastic bottles and they must be 500ml or less. No big bottles allowed. Luckily we had a multipack of smaller bottles. For transport to and from the circuit, we used the bus service from estacion del Nord in Barcelona. The journey to the circuit was great, they had plenty of busses running and we got straight on without waiting. The journey back was another experience entirely; the biggest bus queue I've seen in my life. Despite this they ran the service very efficiently filling 4 busses at a time with the next 4 waiting behind and we queued for about 40 minutes to get on. All in all a great day out and a great experience but I wouldn't do it again. I get a much better view and a significantly comfier seat in my own front room ;)

Very well organized trip. Bus pick up was on time and worked very well. Not sure the weather was arranged by F1 but thanks anyway very hot and sunny.

Only complaint is poor road signs to circuit once come off motorway. Once nearer to circuit directions to parking are OK
